Sparkling Chardonnay

The eleven vintages blended into this inaugural release of our SPARKLING CHARDONNAY have created a wine of absolute sophistication. It is 100% Chardonnay from the Sonoma Coast, bottled with no dosage, and it offers a taunt, crystalline tension with great, textural breadth and tiny, spiraling bubbles. Intensely saline with notes of quince, lemon peel, crushed rocks, ginger, and hazelnut, it is savory and delicious immediately upon opening, and it continues to expand beautifully as it sits in the glass.
